It's so easy to use these, and they work great out of the can. I simmered them in a soy sauce marinade and used them on my pizza as a tasty topping. They would also be nice in pasta or other dishes. I can't find fresh mushrooms near me, so these are a fantastic option for me. It's just organic mushrooms and sea salt and no strange ingredients, and they don't have a rubbery taste. I plan to buy these often to try a variety of dishes with them.
