This is my 3rd bottle of Pure iron, For me, it is effective, easy on the stomach and does not cause constipation.

Pure Iron-C is a supplement I've taken long before becoming a member of iHerb. To avoid the negative consequences of some other iron supplements (e.g. constipation), Pure has added vitamin C. I have never had negative issues using it. It contains only iron (as iron glycinate and 50% as iron aspartate) and Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), and whatever ingredients make up the capsule. The capsules are small and easily taken with water. Additionally, the price is very reasonable for the quality that is associated with Pure's production line.

They seem high quality. A couple of times they have really upset my stomach - I find that I need to take them with food even though that might reduce absorption.

This brand produces professional supplements and the composition is very good, I recommend it to you too

I have used the Iron-C for many years for my chornic anemia. I can take it without food w/ no somach upset. I like when the vitamin C is included too.

The vitamin C makes the iron more soluble. Iron in capsule form 100%
