Shiloh Farms has quality beans overall, and these are among them. I love these because they're high in protein, and you don't need to think ahead and soak them. I cook them for less than the suggested cooking time; keep an eye on them. If you eat/use a lot of beans for protein, it's worth adding these to your rotation.

These made me gassy... They taste great and it's not the fault of the product but I think I do better with soy beans and chickpeas :)

Shiloh Farms is always great quality. I put 1 TB in my sprouter so I could have fresh sprouts. I also cooked them as another variety of beans in my diet. I like that I can use the mung beans for both. I like that they are organic. One ingredient. Mung beans have many health benefits.

If you're looking for sprouting beans, get these! Organic, excellent quality. I always have a pack at home because I love adding sprouted mung beans to dishes or just eating them with a spoon. They taste great.
