Not the most slippery form of magnesium, I like supplements that use several forms of magnesium for better absorption. This drug is more attractive for its price and the number of capsules

I ordered this magnesium because of the very favorable price and large volume (180 capsules are enough for half a year of daily intake!). It is worth considering that this is a form of magnesium oxide (Magnesium Oxide). It has a slightly lower percentage of digestibility compared to citrate or glycinate, but it is great as a preventive option, and also helps with a tendency to constipation and gently relaxes in the evening. The capsules are convenient to take, the stomach perceives them well (if taken with meals). For its price, it is a very good option.

I didn't notice that much difference in its effects, and I've tried several other companies' products and found others to be better.
