Not only did these work GREAT they are more than twice the strength of the ones i was buying from Puritain. I no longer buy from them because the two supplements I need most and bought from them since 1992 have been discontinued. I really need digestive enzymes, too. Living without a gallbladder is NOT all sunshine and roses for everyone. It can be quite uncomfortable. These helped me tremendously! Plus, they'll save me money in the long run. What's not to like about THAT? These are a good product!
Bromelain has many stated uses, that I haven't found to be true, but it does help digestion and heartburn. I take it 4 times a day. No taste to capsules.
