It caused heartburn for me 😔 I took it twice and my stomach burned about 30 minutes later. And I only took 1 capsule. I took it in the middle of a meal. I've always used Creon and never had this heartburn. I don't know why this happened.
We have used these for many years. They work as well or better than more expensive alternatives that I have tried. We used them, especially at holidays with the heavy rich foods, including dairy and wheat. We passed them around the table. They weren’t great. Everyone likes them. I often add a vitamin C 500 along with it that helps with the allergens and digestion. The packaging is great they stay fresh for the duration.
These digestive enzymes are a good quality and I feel that they help my gut health tremendously!
