Great price. Comparative in price to Costco gf flour. Never been glutened. Great for breading and 1:1 measurements for baking. Use same measurements if you are using a regular gluten recipe. Just sub it same ratio with this one.

I love this Gluten Free Vitacost Baking Flour Mix. It's the only flour I use for baking. It is finely ground so baked good do not come out gritty. The Xanthan Gum is already in the flour so there in no guessing about how much to use. I have tried a number of gluten free flours and the quality of this brand is the best. In addition, the price is reasonable for a good gluten free baking flour, which is not easy to find. Definitely recommend.

You need only oil, eggs, and/or baking powder to make very good cakes, muffins, and biscuits. Makes fantastic waffles. Making bread-like items is much more challenging.
