This is a great anti-inflammatory supplement. Important for boswellia to be 5 lokin-akba for best efficacy and this is a great price compared to a few others. Combined with curcumin, this really helps my inflammatory condition. I have to take it twice a day for best effect.

I have osteoarthritis and asthma. This boswellia seems to help both conditions quite a lot. I stop taking it every once in a while to see if I still need to continue taking it, but I always find that my breathing is much worse when not taking it.
