I chose Boswellia to support my joints after walks and exercise. The AprèsFlex formulation is interesting: the label lists 100 mg, but comparing this figure to the dosage of regular Boswellia powder would be inaccurate—the composition of the extract is what matters. The bottle contains 120 capsules, which is convenient for a long-term course. I will evaluate the results based on a simple criterion: how comfortable I can move during a normal day and after exercise. I don't expect an immediate effect from the herbal supplement. The ingredients and quality seem good, according to iHerb itself. Best wishes and good health to all.

I am really impressed with this Boswellia extract. In my view, using the standardized AprèsFlex form makes it stand out for quality, and the clean, allergen-free ingredient list is a big plus for daily use.

There are 2 challenges for choosing a boswellia supplement: choosing one that has an effective amount of the active component and choosing one that can be well absorbed. Many products don't provide info on the amount of active ingredient at all. For many, the amount is quite low which would require multiple tabs/capsules. And further exacerbating that issue, most are not readily absorbed. But there are formulations now that address both of those issues. I really spent a lot of time studying boswellia & boswellia supplements and imo Apresflex is the best. There has been high quality double blind research studies which have shown its formulation to be effective. It is absorbed well and 1 small capsule provides a proven therapeutic dose. That makes it both simple and, again imo, cost effective.

Excellent quality, does not cause stomach discomfort, satisfied with the size of the capsules, high-quality ingredients.

Helps reduce joint pain. I use it in combination with curcumin. The capsules are small.

A good supplement Boswellia Phytosomes provide several times higher bioavailability and levels of active boswellic acids in the blood compared to a regular plant extract.

Using boswellia serreta as a more natural approach to arthritis pain management. While I have had good luck with the regular Vitacost boswellia tablets, which work reliably well, I also like the Vitacost Root2 quality of this ApresFlex standardized version.

Great deal on a beneficial ingredient. Like the large size.

I started taking this because I was looking for a natural anti-inflammatory. I found it to be so helpful that my husband decided to start taking it as well. He was equally pleased with how much better his joints were feeling. Neither one of us would be without it now! The capsules are medium-sized, and not difficult to swallow.
