These crackers are really sturdy and crisp as the name implies. We use them to put cream cheese and salmon on. They don't crumble like other types of crackers when you spread on the cream cheese.
This is a very firm, crisp cracker. It has a lot more substance to it than most GF crackers and works well for adding on nut butters and sliced fruit. Flavor is fairly neutral.
