I love this product that moisturizes from inside to outside. It has all 4 Omega fatty acids, 3, 6, 7 and 9. It may help with skin health, immunity, and heart function. May help to lower cholesterol and may help with blood pressure. It also helps with internal dryness. Very reasonably priced, will continue to buy.
Great for skin health and getting your Omega 7 which is hard to get. This brand is very reasonable with pricing and the quality is excellent in my opinion.
i take sea buckthorn oil for all its benefits. i wanted to find an alternative brand and i'm satisfied with the quality of this one.
Good quality and easy to take. I like that the capsules are convenient and the ingredients are straightforward. I haven’t noticed any major effects yet, but overall I’m happy with the product and will keep using it.
I'm taking it for my dry eyes and I've felt an improvement; I hope to continue improving.
Pleased to find this oil packaged in capsules. I enjoy adding a bit to other oil mixtures but its orange coloring is dark (and could be staining) but I find diluting it makes it easily usable.
Sea Buckthorn is really rad and super beneficial I will buy this again

These are affordable and seem to work well. It is odd that the oil is in vegetable capsules and not in the gel caps you normally see with oil supplements. Other than that, its nice.
