I use this as a finishing salt. It's not too salty, has a mild flavor, and the aroma of herbs is wonderful. I use it a lot for salads, fish, and meat dishes.

I didn't understand the salt part... I thought the box would be better made of ceramic or something, but the box is made of cardboard.

I love the flavors of herbs de provence so I had to try this. It's great on vegetables, especially roasted asparagus. The salt to herbs ratio is pretty good... I do sometimes add more herbs de provence. Jar is quite big.
