In the past I used to buy a more expensive brand of Oregano oil. I decided to try the more affordable Vitacost brand, and I am very pleased with it......it is just as potent and high quality.

Good size and dosage. Great ingredients but its very spicy, you cant just put a drop in your mouth. Hope it hepls in winter season.

I use this to make skin oils for my dog and myself. Just add a few drops to coconut oil or any carrier oil. I like that it's alcohol free. the ingredient is good. quality is great. good size for travel. dosage is a few drops per small bottle of skin oil. some people take it orally but I don't.
