Has every vitamin I'm looking for in a prenatal. I like that the dose is 1 pill, but the pill is very large. Would maybe prefer 2 smaller pills.
This is a large caplet with a bit of an unappealing texture. I put this caplet in applesauce so I can swallow it / it’s a bit large for me to swallow with just water. Overall, I like the ingredients / that this is vegan, so I will probably order again even though I need to take it with food due to the size.
