"Everyday" is a better description than "Ultra " Lots of useless Magnesium Oxide here. "Ultra" should mean Magnesium Glycinate, Threonate, Malate, Taurate. Oxide and Citrate are useful for constipation but not as great sources of magnesium.

This does work. You can tell it's working, I just don't like all the extra additives in it.
