I’ve been really happy with this magnesium. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. The quality seems great, and I like that it includes black pepper extract for absorption. It’s been a great addition to my daily routine, and I’d definitely purchase it again.
This magnesium works well for me. I take it before bedtime to help my sleep. The pills are easy to swallow. I will definitely purchase this magnesium again.
My favorite thing about this magnesium is that the brand has been thoughtful and paired it with an ingredient to ensure it’s absorbed. I can tell a difference when taking this, especially the fact that I’m sleeping better. One dose a day works well, I haven’t felt a need to increase it.
This has been amazing for helping me sleep through the night and recovering from workouts. Great for providing a sense of calm and peace. Highly recommend!
Great value for the quality. Helps me sleep and relaxes me. Taste fine, easy to swallow.
I’ve been taking this magnesium glycinate in the evenings, and it’s helped me relax and unwind before bed. It’s gentle on my stomach and easy to make part of my nightly routine.
There are lots of magnesium options but this one really exceeded my expectations. I take magnesium nightly and appreciate the quality and ingredients in this supplement. Great addition to my daily health routine and seems to help with sleep!
The supplement itself seems well made, and I like that it's magnesium glycinate, the capsules are of decent size and easy on stomach. I didn't have any bloating issues and no unpleasant after taste as well. My sleep quality has improved as well. The packaging is sturdy, and the label clearly explains the dosage and the ingredients. Overall, a great option to wake up feeling refreshed.
Good quality magnesium for muscle relax and for sleep. Easy to swallow pills.
High quality and clean ingredients. Does not hurt tummy when taking. Definitely helps relax muscles for a good night sleep
