I've been using an organic inulin to make goat yogurt. I switched to this chicory root inulin and my yogurt is much firmer and the whey much clearer with less bits of yogurt floating in it. I'll continue to use this product.
I mix it with live yogurt,seeds,grains and oat.Helps the bowel movement a lot.Great for breakfast!
I like this brand. I heard it's good for constipation because it's high in fiber, so I bought it in powder form to try!
I experienced slight constipation while switching from psyllium to inulin, but it soon became comfortable. I like the slightly sweet taste.
It stuck all over the outside of the pouch. I had a hard time wiping it off. The particles are fine, and it's sweet. It tastes even better when mixed into a grain shake in the morning.
