I drink it after wake up in the morning. Barley grass cant use hot water, i just use warm water. No bad to drink, and the smell is good. I just mix it with water. Barley grass got many benefit, long term and short term. For the short term, you can directly see improved in your stool.
It makes up for the lack of green vegetables, and it tastes great. I'm very satisfied.
