Pros -It is good to have 27g protein per serving. -Reasonable price w orgainic ingredients. Cons: -the powder is a bit difficult to dissolve. - have to drink some more water afterwards. - after opening package, it is not easy to zip it again.
I bought it because I wanted a plant-based protein with clean ingredients, and in that respect, it was excellent.
