The dosing was great so that it was only 4 gummies per day to meet my 5g per day quota. The taste: i thought it was too sweet as I don’t have a sweet tooth. People who like sweets would appreciate it. The texture: not like a conventional gummy bear bouncy texture. More like a firm jello texture. Not my favorite. I prefer the former. The packaging: perfect. So easy to take out so that I could take it during the day. Overall I would say its a good and convenient product. I would buy it again.

Unfortunately couldn’t take it because it provoked gas in my guts (stinky and bad smell of gas after this supplement). I was thinking it’s because of food I ate but I tried several days and can say that it’s gummies not food (food I ate was my normal simple food). Was expecting benefits because I prefer gummy to powder, but it didn’t work for me. Maybe it’s individual.
Taste is absolutely horrendous. Gummies are somewhat hard to chew.
Creatine in powder is more effective than gummies, but in my case powder is not an option. I simply cannot take it. This is an excellent alternative and I recommend it to everyone who wants to try creatine as a supplement for building muscle.
