I chose this because of the better price point than my other brand. I like that it doesn't have other ingredients and I still get the dose I am after.

NAC supports lung health. My husband takes it everyday. I can't take the powder in water like other supplements because of the taste. So I take pills or capsules.

Good product very bitter but good for liver would recommend

NAC is great for liver and respiratory health. I take from time to time.

The active ingredient is NAC. It comes in capsule form. The size is not too large and easy to swallow. As a supplement, once or twice a day is appropriate. If taking twice a day, splitting it into one dose in the morning or at noon and one in the evening will improve absorption.

Anything with an "acetyl" group attached to it is difficult for me to digest. If you open the capsule and try to sprinkle in food it has a strong acidic taste that is highly irritating to the mucus membranes.
