I was looking for a shilajit ayurvedic product for a long time which does not have an after taste. I tried this product and I absolutely love it. It is a great quality product and great taste with no after taste. The size of the pill is not foo big so it is easy to take. I am sure I will get great benefit out of this medication. I didn't expect it to help with managing my blood sugar, but it has assisted with it. I was recommended this product to help with energy and at a cellular level. When I remember to take it, I have had better stamina, mostly in the morning. I almost wonder if taking 1 capsule twice, rather than 2 at one time might help more.
