After a few weeks of consistent use, I did notice a slight improvement in my digestion. Bloating and occasional discomfort after meals were less frequent. This wasn't a dramatic change, but noticeable enough to be positive.
I bought this product as a recomandation for a gut protocol. This company has a relly good philosophy and they have detailed protocol on theit site.
I do better with these than without! I wish it ended my digestion issues despite diet etc but it’s definitely is a piece of the picture for digestion

This is a great formula and I take one on an empty stomach in the morning 30 minutes before food or drink. It helps to break down biofilms.
