As I get older, I find myself looking for nutritional supplements. I plan to give this a try. I bought it because I liked the ingredients.

Since taking this supplement my bone density has improved. It was going on the down swing, but it is holding now, and my doctor wants me to keep taking this.

The ingredients are excellent; it contains a blend of nutrients needed for calcium supplementation, which is great.

This was recommended by my naturopath. I take it for mild osteoporosis. I take 3 caps and hopefully helps my bones get better

Great to find a product with research based levels of MK4.

This was on special so I thought to try it. Ingredients looked good without too many additives. Capsules are 6 a day, so easy to divide throughout the day. I usually take these three ingredients separately but this supplement could work.

Capsules not too big, easy to take. Hoping this will help with osteoporosis as I"m unable to tolerate the drugs they use for this. Just about the last thing I've tried.
