I’ve tried a lot of different brands for digestive enzymes and I found Twinlab one of the best. It helped with my acid reflux and indigestion, and I liked that you take the capsules after meals instead of before. The pills are pretty sizeable though, so be sure to drink lots of water when you take them.
Consistent and reliable product, high quality. My husband has been a professional nutrition expert for many decades and this is the only product he will use. Excellent enzymes, no more unpleasant bloating after a meal, easy to use, one capsule after a meal, often just one capsule a day is enough.
I need digestive support to break down proteins and this does the trick. I take just 1-2 when I eat meals with protein in them. I have tried other enzyme pills that have not been helpful for me. The only issue is they are very hard to find and iHerb has been the most reliable.
I have IBS and a very sensitive stomach. Eating these right after my meal has helped a ton with breaking down food so I don't experience discomfort hours later.
These are amazing. You could probably swallow an ounce of lead shot and two of these capsules would melt it. Works well with a bit of calcium carbonate to balance excess acid. The taste is bitter but unnoticed as it is confined by the cap.
It’s already my second bottle, first was fine but What happened to my capsules this time?, they were white power but now there are so many brown spots, should I stop taking it??

Really like this for digestion assistance - great ingredients, reasonably priced compared to other enzymes, but sort of small quantity.
It is hard to tell if digestive enzymes are good or not. I rarely get heartburn or reflux now, so I think that speaks well for this product .
