i have knee pain on my left leg. recently. i took glucosamine before for more than a year but didn't see much improvement, so I stopped it. because of the knee pain, I searched for supplementson iHerb and happened to see this one with high rating. the price is a bit high but it seems to have a combination of different supplements, I bought a bottle which can last for 4 months. will update my review after a certain period of time to report its effectiveness.
High-quality ingredients, good brand. I ordered it on recommendation after an injury, and my recovery was quicker thanks to taking glucosamine and collagen. I'm hoping the results are from the supplements; I didn't follow a special diet. The ingredients are very good, the packaging is generous, and the tablets are large, making them easy to swallow. I took two tablets in the morning with collagen on an empty stomach and two at night. The taste wasn't unpleasant! I recommend it.
