I've never been able to lift my iron levels up with anything else but this and I have tried everything!! the best product there is, doesn't make my gut irritated either.
Quality ingredients. Came well wrapped as it comes in a glass bottle. Easy to swallow round tablet. It has helped me with my iron deficiency based on recent labs. I take it every morning and have no issues with it. Highly recommend this supplement. I like that it supports my b vitamin levels due to mthfr mutation. It’s a plus.
My naturopath recommended that I take this to help with my low iron ferritin levels. I've been taking it for a few months now and the results have been very positive. My energy level is much higher and I don't feel hungry all day like I used to.

Good product, I believe helped me to accumulate iron and enlarge iron level. But anyway everything depends on diet and lifestyle.
Metagenics Hemagenics was prescribed to me by my integrative medicine doctor to address my iron issues. Unlike other iron supplements that tend to upset my stomach, this one has been much easier to tolerate. It’s effective without causing discomfort, which has been a big plus for me. A good option if you need iron support but are sensitive to typical iron supplements.
Got this at a great introductory price. Just started taking it and hence cannot comment on the efficacy just as yet. However, I haven’t faced any known side effects of taking iron supplements as yet.
Honestly, Metagenics Hemagenics® feels like a solid, clean iron formula — you can tell they focused on quality and gentle absorption. It’s nice that it includes supportive B‑vitamins too. But the tablets are big, and it’s definitely pricey compared to other iron supplements, so it feels more like a premium option for someone who really wants a well‑designed formula, not just basic iron.
After I took first tablet I had immediate stomach ache, I have made two days break and took second one and had the same, it was after I ate so not empty stomach. And also I felt sick
