I have no problem with the pills but do not like taking so many. Would prefer 1 really potent vitamin to last for 24 hours. 6 tablets a day is too hard for me to remember so I only take 3.

Early on I didn’t feel mighty changes, but around week 3-4 I started noticing better stamina during workouts and fewer “draggy” afternoons. My skin seemed more even, and minor issues like mood dips or sluggishness after long days improved a bit. Good size and tablet are ok. Quality ingredients. On the flip side, there were a couple of mornings I forgot to take them with food and felt a bit queasy. Also, the need to take 2-3 tablets daily and the cost made me pause before renewing. But overall, I felt I got my money’s worth in terms of wellness boost.

This is my most favorite multivitamin. You can't beat the quality and the ingredients are all clean. The size of the pill is a bit large, but not that difficult to get down. I take a half dose daily, to conserve and make the bottle last longer. The potency of it is so good, that even at a half dose (3 pills), I feel great. I highly recommend. In the case of Multigenics Multivitamin, you definitely get what you pay for.

I've used this vitamin in the past with good results. I switch between it and Pure Encapsulations O.N.E, which I like as well (and you only have to take one PE instead of two Metagenics). iHerb does a great job shipping quickly and safely.

I wanted to give a multivitamin a shot as I've tried many before and have felt worse with some and no effect with others Metagenics is a trusted brand with higher quality. I feel this helps me to stay balanced and use it along side other protocols to increase energy.

Size is ok to swallow. Quality is good and take daily for benefits. I like it hope price does not increase

This multivitamin works well and has an impressive range of nutrients — it’s rare to find something this complete in one product. But the tablets are very big, and if the bottle isn’t kept tightly closed, some tablets can break open. Once that happens, they become very difficult to swallow and taste quite bitter. So, it’s effective, but you need to handle the tablets carefully.
