Sinuplex is an outstanding alternative to over-the-counter, chemical-based allergy medication. I’ve been taking this for about five years now and no longer need over the counter allergy medications. I particularly like that there are no side effects like drowsiness or dry mouth.
I take this at night to improve nitric oxide. So far it’s working and sleep has improved. Dosage is good at only 1 pill needed. The taste is strong probably from the stinging nettle
A good supplement for working with histamine. Especially relevant in the spring when everything is blooming. The tablet size is average, the taste is closer to neutral.
Only time will truly tell, but I this supplement is helping! My son seems less congested at night. I will order again.
