I bought this because N-Acetylcysteine is being studied for trichotillomania. It worked fabulously, and immediately, to stop that OCD habit, and also gave me concentration that I hadn't had for a while. Unfortunately, it also seemed to affect my heart -- I had some PVCs and issues with blood pressure that affected me while I was taking it and afterwards, leading to some fatigue and bloating. The effect was significant, so I only took the supplement for a few days -- until I needed to do some concentrated work, and I decided to take it again just for the attention benefits. I was able to concentrate, but the effects on my heart (or the perceived effects) still haven't worn off, so I won't be taking it again.

the quality is great good ingredients large size capsules for dosage i take one to two pills a day no taste good benefits.
This formula doesn't seem to be strong enough to calm my anxiety. It was recommended by a holistic psychiatrist. Might work for some - not me.
