Metagenics Ostera®, 60 таблеток

I've been taking Ostera from my Medical/Naturopathic Doctor for the last 2 years now after I had tried my share of the terrible Bisphosphonates drugs out there that are suppose to help those w/ Osteoporosis. I didn't know anything the first year after my DEXA Scan because I changed to a different Radiologist's and company from the previous year, even though they told me that it would not make a difference on my results of the test. Unfortunately it does but they didn't tell me I was told wrong by their employee until after the test. Therefore, I had to take the supplement another year but I just got the results back from my DEXA Scan & they're positive for improvement. Finally someone that works! Remember after you are on Ostera for a year, make sure you go to the same Radiologist (company & source of equipment used) from the year before for your DEXA Scan, otherwise the results are worthless. Also wanted to say that I have been taking Vitamin K2 the last 7 months of this 2 year period which new studies show that it helps maintain bone mass and growth. It needs to be from a quality source on the ingredients and the best I've found is from Menaguinone-7 from fermented soyabean extract, for it to work. I hope this information gives other women hope and great results to those that are trying Ostera. When I started, I couldn't find anything on line or elsewhere since this is so new. Good Luck!

I bought it to prevent osteoporosis. The tablets are large, but they are easy to swallow. They are yellow in color, with a strong smell, but by the end of the second can I had already gotten used to the smell. They have a bitter taste. Good composition. I drink it together with Bone Builder Forte from the same company. After two months of taking it, my hip joint feels much better. I want to drink it for six months and do a densitometry.

I was very nervous ordering from a new supplier and on-line, especially as the product is glass. I have since re-ordered from iherb and am very pleased with the condition and time from order to delivery. There were no issues with delivery or packaging. Am now going to become a regular user of iherb.

Excellent working supplement. I bought it for osteoporosis prevention. The tablets are large, but they are swallowed without problems. Yellow, with a sharp smell. I drank it together with Bone Builder Forte of this brand.

I don't know the effect yet. I'm taking it for now because I'm going through menopause, but the medicine smells musty. Is this the right smell?? I'm a little worried that it might be broken. I haven't taken it for a month yet, so I'm taking one pill a day, but it's a little difficult because of the smell every time I take it.

I’m feeling less joint pain, and hope to get good de a report.

This item has been discontinued but Iherb has many similar items that are just as good.

I have high hopes for Ostera to reverse any osteoporosis I have; however, I won't know that for another two years since my insurance only pays for the bone density test every two years.
