this is an awesome product for occasional use when you are in need of a mental or physical pick-me-up: for test-taking, for a long drive, when feeling tired. It will give a very noticeable boost in physical and mentyal energy that lasts for hours. For some people, too much choline can cause a headache, so test it before you need it! I've been using this product for years now and drink it in place of a morning caffine drink to start my day. It is a great ay to get my moring kick start, vitamins and and hydration all in one. It tastes kinda like an orange drink mix and I prefer to mix it with more water than recomended and sip it instead of a soda. I even add it to bottled water at times for convieniance and disposability of the bottle when i'm done. Its a convienient alternative to chockig down a handful of pills to get the equivalent vitamins and suplements it provides.

I have been using choline cocktail for over 20 years and I marvel at how well it has been as far as a replacement for coffee but also an amazing memory enhancer. My friends especially my peers often remark about the fine resolution of my ability to remember and I do have to say sometimes I amaze myself even among people 20 years younger than I. This stuff works I highly suggest buying plenty of it since once in awhile the stocks run dry or they switch the formulations so plan ahead. I have tried taking the things found in this supplement mix separately but I don't even want to try to get into how much more that would cost per dose. I highly suggest taking two tablespoons per dose along with something like an Emergenc-C vitamin c packet which will help drop the pH of the water that you mix this powder in. For best results dump the powder into the bottom of your glass and then with a small little mixing stir or with a very fast stirring hand you will mix this up maybe fill the glass half full so you can get it mixed up as good as you can as quickly as you can or else it will glob up and be a sticky mess unless you let it just sit for half an hour. So once you have it all mixed up then go ahead and drink it. I usually mix in about 1/5 orange juice or some fruit juice since the taste isn't the best in the world but think of it as something like Tang for the brain.

The official coffee replacement! One scoop in a smoothie and no more 11am slow down, after lunch sluggishness or return commute tiredness. This is my go to in the mornings, period.

I have loved Twinlabs Choline Cocktail since about 1986. The day of my first serving, I was AMAZED at all the creative ideas that popped into my head during my morning shower! Now, I always make sure to blend 8 ounces of ice, 8 ounces of water, 1 teaspoon of Stevia and 2 scoops of Choline Cocktail in my NutriBullet for 10 seconds any day I’m going to be doing brain-intensive work!

It is the only brain type of product I have tried and used regularly that I can really tell a difference with in a positive way. I have tried a few memory tests using this product for a few weeks then going without for a few weeks. I do much better on the tests when I regularly use choline cocktail.

I have been drinking Choline Cocktail daily for almost 15 years. It's my breakfast every day. I mix it with a pack of Emergen-C. Choline Cocktail wakes me up, gives me energy, provides me with lots of great vitamins,etc. I love this stuff. iHerb has great prices too!
