We like this multi because the components are so well balanced. For example, because it is a twice daily, you get a great mix of B vitamins throughout your day. They were careful with this product to balance the water soluble portions of this vitamin. It's a good choice for a multi!

I've been taking the twice daily for many years. It has ingredients, like chromium, that most others don't have. You get more bang for your buck. It's the only multi-vitamin I ever purchase.

it''s a good product. A little bigger than others but ok to swallow. The urine has a strong smell like medicine but if you have a lot of water during day, it becomes better.

We’ve used this product for years with no complaints. Then our latest order of the Twice Daily Multi Energy caps came with a new label (first indication) and capsules with a slight yellow tint (second indication). A line-by-line comparison of ingredients with the “old” version shows that this product now contains pea starch and soybean oil. For those with legume and/or soy allergies (like my wife), this is bad news.

Bought this Multi energy multivit. for my elderly parents. They say they do feel benefits for taking them.
