I find this supplement especially helpful with my joints & skin. My hips feel more comfortable & my skin is softer. I also find my hair is shedding as much & nails are stronger. I only supplement with Eidon ionic liquid minerals. They are the highest quality & easily absorbable.
I bought it to try it topically not in water, i put it on my face before moisturizer, dont know yet how it will work, just experimenting. Quality is good!
I decided to try this mineral supplement for hair growth. It was better than many others; after two months, my hair loss had decreased and new hair had appeared. The price is great for this amount.
I am very happy! It really doesn't irritate my stomach. I increase the amount I take gradually, as I always have, but MSM powder caused me stomach problems, which ended in severe hemorrhoid crises.... I don't have such a problem with the drops. I put the drops in my morning cappuccino with coconut oil. It adds a slightly bitter taste, but that doesn't bother me. I recommend it!
