I was perscribed optivite when I was younger and having problems with PMS, they worked wonderful. In my 60's I switch to Gynovite. They have worked great for me.

I was getting nightly leg cramps. After taking this product, this problem has been relieved. When I ran out of the Gynovite, the leg cramps came back. I am 72 years old & will continue to take this product.

It meets expectations. It contains everything a woman needs. It's a shame the daily dose is 4 tablets. A smaller amount would make dosing easier.
