Seems to be helping much better than a previous more expensive big name brand product I’d been using. I have terrible environmental and food allergies. Since using Deflect my day to day swelling has gone down and I feel confident in eating soon foods I otherwise would not.
I really love these. They help immensely with my digestion and energy. I suppose the two go hand in hand as I've come to realise that when my digestion is off, my energy is low. They also seem to help with losing a bit of weight and being leaner. Though I don't have a lot to lose, normally up or down 5 kg.
I am a type O so it really has made a difference when I eat, I feel better without that bloating that sometimes I used to feel when I ate food that my body doesn't digest easily, I recommend it for those who suffer from bloating sometimes when eating lectins specially.
I don’t understand everything that’s in here and how it works so well but it’s amazing. I have sibo and I’ve noticed Gut symptoms and nausea greatly reduced. I don’t get as sick and same with oral thrush greatly reduced. I feel better overall. Quality ingredients I think, capsule is good size, great health benefits despite blood type. Has no taste.
After reading up on the whole lectin blocking and how I am eating things I thought are healthy but are according to this research possibly the cause of not being at an optimal place despite sports, healthy foods etc. Lectin blocking: fascinating new info. for me and my energy was definitely good and less digestive issues. I feel with anything like this, it needs more time..atleast 3 months. So I will have to reorder this at some point and order more at once.
I was looking for a supplement with quality ingredients to help me ease symptoms of food intolerance related to Blood Type 0. Especially protein digestion is an issue for me. It is a decent size and I think the composition of Dr. Adamo is quiet sophisticated. I hope it will benefit me 🙏🏼😻
I don't know if ther is any chane but I lose 2 kg, I use it 2 time a day
I took this as directed and as O+ I’m not sure what I should have felt or expected from this but I dont feel anything…neither better or worse. Digestion, energy is the same, no bloating or gas, literally no change in anything.
