I was skeptical. I started with Lion's mane three months ago. I don't notice it at all. I notice Reishi immediately within 1 hour of taking it every time. I feel a certain calmness that is wonderful. I'm really surprised at the effect it has on me. Wonderful feeling. I have been using it daily for a month now.
I take Reishi at night and this product gave me terrible hot flashes all night! It's a shame because I like this brand, but I think they overdo the bioperin (black pepper extract) and ginger. It may be good if this is the only product of theirs you take, but I take two others, one with ginger/ bioperin and one just with bioperin. I didn't think it fair to knock more than one star off, but I won't personally buy this again. vc
I was having problems taking Coriolus, as it's immune boosting properties made my arthritis worse, so far Super Reishi does not seem to be making my arthritis worse - so I've finally found a medicinal mushroom I can Take !!!

Mushroom Wisdom has been in my regimen for a while. I take their Lion's Mane. Very good supplement ... but I digress . . . I have recently become intolerant to rice and had been taking a Reishi-Shiitake blend that had rice as a "filler" :l Happy to have found this Reishi that does NOT have rice, thank you very much! It has been working very nicely for the last three months, and I am certain that I will continue using it indefinitely. Thank you, Mushroom Wisdom!
