Turmeric max potency
I use these as an additional 'anti-inflammatory' regimen - both myself and my mother have arthritis and inflammation, so we share our remedies.....this one is taken together with Fish Oil and Glucosamine +MSM , Magnesium, Cinnamon extract (and regular ice packs, good diet & excercise). Seems to keep us mobile, and keeps the bigger pains at bay...and no need for prescription drugs...Yay!
I like the max potency to reduce the number of capsules ingested daily...

Me and my wife would doing the powder Turmeric from a health food store. " I didn't like it" So I found IHerb on last year and "wow" they have Turmeric in a pill form. It's been almost a year ago since we have been taking the turmeric . Man.... It's awesome I take it for a daily regimen me and my wife. No joint pain, no muscle aches. We always tell people go on Iherb you get a better price and good deal on the product and is good for your pockets also.
