I've been using this for about 2 years now. I honestly don't think it's doing much, if anything, to help with my nightly leg cramps. Three months ago I started taking magnesium supplements and that is helping more.

I got these homeopathic pellets for my parents to help with occasional muscle cramps, but they reported feeling absolutely no difference even after using them consistently for two weeks. They’re free of artificial additives and come in a small, sealed glass vial to maintain freshness and potency. Size & Dosage – The tiny pellets are easy to take – just place under the tongue to dissolve, no water needed. The recommended dose is 5 pellets three times daily; the vial holds about 80 pellets, lasting roughly a week with regular use. Taste & Texture – They have a mild sweet flavor and dissolve quickly without any discomfort or grit.
