My recommendation to anyone wanting to try these is - try them! Nighttime leg/feet cramps are awful so if these can help you, it's definitely worth the money. But I have had limited success. Some nights these seem to help but then other nights, my leg cramps return after taking this product. So, for me, as for now, I have decided not to purchase these for awhile though I do love and trust Boiron products. For those wondering, these are tiny pellets that you dissolve under your tongue. They have little taste but on the sweet side. You can put them under your tongue and go back to bed without fear of choking. I will upgrade my review if I find they help more than I think, but I have purchased them several times. I wonder if them helping depends on WHY you are getting the leg cramps in the first place? I don't know. Try them and see if they help you!

It works quite well for minor pain and cramps during the day. However at night, my strong cramps, pain and RLS, not enough. I might need longer time to use to it. However, I ordered an other leg cramps version med, with nerves pain. Let see ……
