In general I eat low sugar/low carb, and I don't eat sweetener. That means that I am generally out of luck when it comes to any processed foods. I don't eat these often, as they do contain some sugar, but the ingredients are healthy, they're mostly nuts and dark sugar, and they feel a little bit more like a 'treat' than a square of 85% chocolate. They are really tasty. And I am very happy to give them to my kids as a healthier treat than a regular chocolate bar.

This is my go to snacks in between meals or before workout. The dark chocolate flavour isn't too sweet with just a slight hint of sea salt which is perfectly balanced. Love the taste and size (just enough to fill my tummy before workout). Minus 1 star as Iherb increase the price substantially (40% increase). Please 'like' if this review is helpful :)

These bars taste really good and the size is perfect for a midday snack. I go by a gluten and lactose free diet and I find these perfect for me. I also love having a bar right before a workout, I feel like it boosts my energy a bit.

These are my go-to breakfast bars. They are a perfect size and taste delicious. They have the perfect combination of sweet and salty flavors, and they are easy to grab and eat during my morning routine. They keep me on track with a low calorie diet because they are satisfying and only 180 calories with 4 gram of added sugar. Love the crunch of the nuts, they are huge in size. Would recommend!
