This probiotic isn't the highest in strength, BUT, it is one of my favorites for a reliably happy tummy. I've had a hard time finding some GOL products lately, including this one, so I love that iHerb offers it and at a great price. THANK YOU! I have IBS and this one really balances things out quite nicely. I take 2 per day (morning and night). The probiotics arrived in great condition, and the weather is cool right now so no ice packs were needed. Store them in the fridge!

Chose to give these a go as a step up from the 5billion Optibac probiotics as these have more strains that helps with all sorts of issues, from stomach to mental health. I was worried at the beginning since the jump from 5 to 30 is a bit high but to my surprise I had no issues whatsoever, if anything they’ve helped right away with digestion and overall health. They’re easily absorbed and don’t cause any stomach/gut discomfort. I take them whole as pills, I don’t mix the powder with anything else, and they don’t taste like anything which is good. They’re of very good quality, the pills are on the medium size but easily swallowed and to be honest, considering all the great ingredients and the benefits they provide it’s a good compromise so don’t be discouraged by that! Highly recommend them! One minor thing is the packaging for me, as the glass bottle is fairly big when it could actually fit a smaller bottle instead. Apart from that, great supplement if you’re looking for a well rounded one that provides support in different areas of your body.

I trust this brand as I have bought it in the past. I use it as a supplement for good gut health! It works well for me but You may want to take something stronger if you have gut problems, you may want to take the colon care from the same brand. It works great!👍
