This is a well-rounded multivitamin supplement. I noticed that I cannot take it during my monthly cycles because it prolongs it, there must be something in it that does that. Just a warning for the ladies. Love that it comes in a glass bottle.
Great quality with full variety of vitamins etc and good value, not small but ok.
