I gave it anothe chance after testing the apple pie ones. this one is worse I would say but not by much. I just don't like these

This protein bar have been accompanying me for a very long time when people still read Muscle&Fitness and Flex magazines. Great taste and never found any other protein bar with quality ingredients and high protein content. It's been with me during my workout and diet in every phase of my training.

A real body builders fuel, lots of protein in a bar for only about 30 calories. But, it is very heavy going. A thick and dense bar. Tastes ok with the peanut butter coating but you have to really want it. Definitely better bars out there more enjoyable to eat, this is a little.like hard work!.
