I add to water when needed, it does seem to lessen leg cramps. especially if I take before bed
I thoroughly recommend this product. I suffer with cramps and particularly restless legs of a night in bed. I take this each night and it relieves everything. I also notice that when I forget to take it, I am woken up during the night with my restless legs. Once I get up and take it, it just goes away!!!
