A friend of mine recommended this supplement so I figured I'd give it a shot. I've tried other brain supplements without noticing any benefits. I haven't even taken them for a month and I have noticed that my thinking is clearer. I like the fact that the dosage is just 2 pills a day. The pills don't have any taste and are easy to swallow.
In my 60's, this is a great supp to have for memory and sharpness. I believe it helps a lot. Two important nutrients to have on board for brain support: DMAE and Phosphatidylserine. a bit of Phosphatidyl choline in there for good measure! ;)

I felt as if my mind is opening up first times I took it. As it was stated, it may be good substance if you take some depressants like benzodiazipines, to offset brain slowliness and to have both antidepressant effect of this drugs, and working brain at the same time.

I am taking it for my cognitive functions. It's good that it does not affect my sleep. I slept well after consuming it in the evening. Initially I was afraid of affecting my sleep as I have sleep problem. Hope my cognitive function improve over time.
