One of my favorite supplement, a must have for my IBS. Very good quality product, like almost from NaturesPlus. Very effective ingredients(full spectrum enzymes) with good absorption. I always take it before a meal for better digestion and nutritient absorption.I feel the benefits in comparison when i forget to consume with a big meal. Easy to shallow, neutral taste.
