Желейные витамины B12, малина, 140 шт (500 mcg на одну штуку)

as i learned from one of the best doctors in turkey; we need vitamin d 2000 iu zinc 30-50mg and sure b12 1000mcg daily so this product is perfect for me i will order again for sure btw better than tablets , gummy is easier to get b12 to your body cause most amount of b12 goes out directly without staying in your body so i recommend you to buy gummies if you need b12 i am glad and appreciated i recommend!!

Gummy vitamins have been my go-to for staying on top of my nutrient intake, and the VitaFusion Vitamin B12 Natural Raspberry Gummies make it ridiculously easy and tasty. After two months of taking one a day, I've experienced a noticeable uptick in energy and focus, especially during busy workweeks. These B12 chews are a vegan-friendly powerhouse for supporting metabolism and red blood cell production Each gummy packs 1,000 mcg of Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin, the active form), which is ideal for vegetarians, vegans, or anyone low on B12. The taste is so good as well!

Good quality supplement with great ingredients. Size and packaging is also nice
