High potency vitamin C it is what you need when you are not that young age any more but still want to maintain your activity and live the life to its full. If you take them daily, pretty quick you will see some effects and your immune system will be grateful for the healthy addition to your diet.
VitaFusion Power C Gummies are my tasty daily defense against colds—the tangy orange flavor makes taking 250mg of vitamin C feel like a treat, not a chore. I love that they’re made with natural flavors and colors, though I occasionally have to remind myself they’re not candy (it’s easy to overdo the recommended two gummies). The 150-count bottle is a steal and lasts months, but the gummies can stick together in humid weather. For a potent, enjoyable vitamin C boost that even picky adults will crave, these gummies deliver without artificial junk.

Great flavor and taste , just the right kind of chewiness and size , not overly sweet, good package. Doesn't upset the stomach. Good dose of vitaminC
