Great substitute for Cortol ace which helps to restore adrenal health. Don’t rely only on the supplement, need to adjust sleep routine and timing, add physical exercises and mental work for adrenals to work properly. But this supplement really helps to feel better, recommend for those with adrenal fatigue. The dosage is great, just one capsule a day can be enough, but need to try it first to decide.
